Overall, this is a great place. It can be extremely busy at certain times and they only occasionally will have both registers open. Good selection and most of the employees are very friendly.

This Dollar General Store is very convenient to me because it is only one mile from my house. They usually have what I'm looking for at decent prices. The only problem I have with this door is the fact that a lot of their stuff is not high quality but it's the case of you get what you pay for. It has good wheelchair lift parking spots and I can usually get one of them.

This store has always seemed to be cluttered with merchandise unstocked. But since the renovations it's far worse. It's difficult maneuvering through isles without a basket or cart due to the clutter. Some isles are completely blocked off. Since the renovation the majority of the time 1 or both registers are having issues. It's horribly understaffed. The staff try hard but you can see their own frustrations building each time I go in. The younger staff members seem to have this "I don't care" attitude while the older ones seem to do all they can to make things as best as they can. Yet you can tell they are exhausted. It's not really in the best location, but what dollar general is? There have been several wrecks with people trying to leave. All in all it's not the best DG but not the worst either. The worst I've been in is the one in Smyrna.

This Dollar General Store is absolutely DISGUSTING!!! Something seriously needs to be done to clean it up!!! I walked in to this store and was going to get a few items. That quickly did not happen! I went to get a cart and they were all nasty and stuck together, so I just went to grab a basket and that was a nightmare! Every single basket was covered in black filth, which has obviously never been cleaned!!! That is just unacceptable and no clean person is going to want to use that! I literally had to walk out and go up the road to publix! Its pathetic and just shows laziness on whoever is in charge of running this store! Also on every single employee that is working there! Not only was this the problem, but the place is just trashed!!! Literally there is trash all over the floors and stuff everywhere! Again, what do they do? I could only imagine the bathrooms and everywhere else we can't see! I saw a comment about remodeling? This store has been this way for years and seems to progressively get worse! So that is NO EXCUSE!! This is the only place to really grab something within the Walter Hill area without having to go up more into town and I'd be ashamed for anyone to see my store in this way! Something needs to be done! I'm sure that the corporate office in Dollar General would be very displeased to know that this store looks like filth!!! I would honestly rate it at a 0 as well! Its just beyond unacceptable! I have also seen several employees just stand right out front and smoke right at the entrance! Real classy! I just had to let out how I felt about this because it bothered me that bad! So to whoever is running this place I would strongly suggest that you do something to clean this place up so that it is a nice place to come into! I will not be back in until it is cleaned up!!! I'm sure that there are many others who agree with me! So I will end this with one word "CLEAN" Please CLEAN!!!!!!!!!!!!
