Replacing my post to correct myself. They swiftly took care of the overcharge it was an accidental oversight. The units are clean but could use updating as tenants move out. Also the pool is not functioning which is expected to be fixed next year :( location is nice and close to everything in dover. And office staff is nice and helpful
