Do not do order pick up!!! We ordered ahead and sat and watched them prioritize new drive thru orders as we sat waiting. Only to get attitude when we asked about our order. My brother literally showed up 10 minutes after us went through the drive thru ordered his food and left before we got ours. **update dropped from 2 stars to 1 star. After the employee got an attitude after we asked for our drinks once our food arrived we then found out they did not include any of our sauces.

Not sure what has happened, but this location is always giving small portion sizes and shorting me nuggets. When I pay for a 12 count nugget I expect 12 nuggets and when I pay for a medium sized macaroni and cheese I expect the container to be full.

I've never had a problem going to this chickfla! The service is always fast with the correct items in the order. The staff is very friendly and are always in a hurry to help you with anything. You will definitely find me here on lunch break especially when the peach milkshake comes back!

I stopped in to get just a sandwich a salad and a drink. I pay and drive around and there's no salad on my order. I ask them to add it since it's already paid around front. You guys really want to charge almost $10.00 for a plain salad? I'd already paid over $6.00 for a tiny sandwich and a drink. I canceled the salad. I could eat at a sit down restaurant for that price. I've given y'all so much business over the years, just because I thought we shared the same love for Jesus Christ. But my pocketbook can only support your business so far and today I reached the end. It was bad enough when you cut the size of your chicken breast down to a third of your original size. You sell the smallest, plainest sandwich compared to any other chicken restaurant. I guess I love that chicken from Popeyes now.
