This library has very racist undertones the staff is very racist I came in there today and no one spoke I’m an African-American woman I sat down at the computer and conducted my business I watch three Caucasian people into the library and the staff was very friendly very pleasant and respectful and actually strike a conversation. When it was my turn to complete my business and pay for my printer work the ladies face expression was very mean and it seemed like it took her a long time to except the fact that she had to do business with me this happens every time I go into the Kent county library. I find refugee in my Church and it’s satanic to have this stage conducting business for the public knowing they are racist. We are all created equal. This staff needs to be retrained. This is the morning staff. The Caucasian lady I speak of seems to me the manager or in charge she’s there in the mornings and has very racial profiling undertones

I LOVE the Kent County library. It’s one of my favorite libraries to go to. The people that work there are really nice, and the place is clean. It’s also quiet, usually.
