My husband and I visited Dover for the first time and wanted to see the Legislative Hall. We were impressed by the paintings and the House and Senate chambers but most of all we were impressed by the kindest welcome and hospitality shown by Ms Knott and Mr. Puffer. They answered all of our questions (we are both curious geo-political nuts who love visiting US state capitols) and we even received a lovely book, Democracy in Delaware which each of us will read. This is a lovely place. The people inside on the other hand-awful. This is where people who have never read the constitution come to erode your rights. Do not recommend.

Beautiful location. Highly recommend parking, and walking around. Amazing history throughout the whole area.
