When was the law passed in Delaware that states if you give or sell someone drugs and they die the person who gave them the drugs can be held responsible for their death. I would like to the date it was put into affect.

If you remembered what year it was passed, it is much easier to find using State of Delaware website and search Laws of Delaware. If not you would need to do some research.
