I was told that I missed an appointment that I never scheduled nor confirmed -when I came for my scheduled & confirmed appt - I was basically told there was nothing they could do because I missed the other appt. An appt I had NO idea I had & no one from the office bothered to confirm with me. Now the actual appt that I waited 6 months for is set back further as more images are needed & I must go elsewhere to get this done. Confusing & bad business practices. I was actually told that because they cant “bill for an ultrasound” they cannot perform it. Which is weird because at my last visit, Dr. Jaberi did do an ultrasound. Then decided to wait 6 months to re-evaluate without even a biopsy. Seems like a medical malpractice suit waiting to happen.

I do have to say this office is very unorganized with scheduling patient's appointments. I have called and left messages about someone calling me back to schedule an appointment that was earlier this morning. Here it is in the afternoon, haven't heard from anyone at that office today. I will find another place to go but if this office does not want to schedule any patient appointments which means it has to be an office coordinator apparently to schedule appointments, i know it does not take this long for an office to call someone back and schedule an appointment. This office needs new management in the office or a whole turnover of staff. I will be looking for another doctor.
