the service is very friendly, the house is clean. Despite its good presentation, the miso ramen did not please me, it was a little bitter, and the noodles are industrial, some parts were hard. but on the other hand the pork dumplings were excellent and tasty.

Delicious ramen! Coming from Austin, TX to Orlando, it's been a real struggle to find good food in general. This place is exactly like Ramen Tatsu-Ya from Austin that usually has an hour wait every day. I'm so happy, and it's well worth the drive from Lake Nona!

They have at least one broth that is soy sauce based, which might not contain chicken broth, but no promises. If one of the broths is animal-free, then you can get noodles and veggies on top can you'd be good. But in general most broths come from a bone or bullion that is animal based. Don't get tonkotsu ね笑笑！

The staff was wearing masks. The restaurant its self was small. 4 tables I believe and bar counter seating. No out door seating. Patrons not wearing masks, obviously because they were eating. Hope that answers your question.
