Great place to shop for professional clothes at great prices. However it takes way too long to get jewelry back from being fixed. At least 12 weeks.

JCpenny is not a place to buy any items either online or in the stores. The representatives and the supervisors are liar. They are telling you one thing and turn around doing something else different. I would never buy any of their products on-line even though its on sale. They have no sense of transparency/ integrity. No MORE JCPENNY.
