The service is deteriorating. They no longer have detailing services (maybe labor shortage?) and their dryer does not dry the car properly- not sure if they've reduced the time the dryer is on or that it needs servicing.

I really enjoyed this place when I first started going. However, the last three washes have left me disappointed. The back of my SUV never gets cleaned. The left brush that is supposed to go behind your vehicle is broken. I have gone through twice same result. The quality has gone down...looking for a new place 😔.

Extremely disappointed in the service here. We had purchased a monthly plan for 2 cars with unlimited car washes per month, at a special rate they offered last fall. Unrelated, our credit card had to be replaced by our bank and at that time Top Dog tried to charge the monthly fee and it was declined due to the card being replaced by the bank. When we tried to give them the new card number, they said our prior deal is now cancelled and they refused to reinstate - our only option now is to buy a higher priced plan. Very disappointing response particularly for something that was not our fault and a simple card change by our bank. We will not be using Top Dog going forward due to their lack of customer-focused service, they just lost another regular customer.
