Another Bansfield Hospital referred me to the South Arlington hospital because all their walk ins had been taking. When I called the South Arlington hospital the lady was very rude over the phone. I only wanted my Boy’s paw looked at. She cut me off in mid sentence very rudely saying they do not accept walk ins! She showed no empathy at all!

I use to love this location but now the employees are rude and they are very very slow. I dropped my dog off at 8 and he wasn't ready until 5 the last two or three times I took him for his regular visit. Before COVID they were amazing but since COVID they have hired new people who just don't care. It's not about what I'm spending at all but I have been with banfield since 2016 and you would think no matter what they would at least provide the same speedy and friendly service. Guess that's too much to ask for now days.
