Best Hotel experience EVER! Professional check-in to start, we were even able to check-in early. This is the cleanest Hotel we have ever stayed in! From the walkways to the parking lot. Our room was SPOTLESS! Shout-out to Marlon who I met during check out, and found out that he cleaned our room, so I complimented him. Every single employee was friendly and smiled and greeted us. Great Breakfast. Every hotel stay should be this awesome and every hotel modeled after this one. Thanks to the team at Cades Cove Inn Bestwestern!!!!

Was excited to have a weekend away and be able to swim and relax during down time. Get there and find out the pool is closed and the gym was closed. Nothing to do when we wanted to stay in at the hotel. I will never go back there. The bed was very squeaky. Everytime my husband got up to go to the bathroom it woke me up. Could hear people fussing few doors down the neighbor next to us dog barked all the time. Our toilet wouldn't flush unless you jiggled the handle. Except for what time we spent out of the room, it was the worst vacation ever! And not to mention the sheets would not stay on the bed they kept popping off the corners.

I've reduced the rating of this business due to false advertising. Their pool that looks so beautiful in this picture is long out of commission. The workout gym is blocked off, ice machine turned off and the vending machine practically empty. These items are taken into consideration when a hotel selection is made. The hotel is in a great, quiet location. The rooms are updated, staff was friendly, and free breakfast was very good. This hotel is pet friendly.

Stayed here for 3 days, after we checked out literally 45 minutes down the road, my husband realized he forgot an Under Armor shirt and pair of shorts. We called to let them know but they said nothing was found. We were also supposed to have a discount upon check in from a previous stay at Best Western hotels (literally a $20 stay promo that BW was running) that this facility refused to honor. There is nothing worse than someone who steals your property. We have been visiting the area 25+ years.
