I greatly enjoyed my visit to the Jackie Robinson Museum on its 1st day open to the public: Monday, September 5th, 2022. I appreciated the variety of exhibits on view: photographs, videos, uniforms on display, a model of Ebbet Field. I would like to suggest that more seating is made available. As a senior with osteoarthritis it is taxing on me to stand a long time. Other visitors to the museum I am sure would appreciate this as well.

Very sleek and modern museum dedicated to the legacy of Jackie Robinson. More space for additional galleries moving forward. A very nice mixture of video, multimedia and actual heirlooms from Jackie's family and estate. Informative, but not overwhelming. A leisure pace, you can complete the collection within an hour. Pleasant Gift Shop as you enter the floor galleries.

Excellent experience in history, well worth the wait
Lol! I was there 3 hours only made it through 1 room, that was last Thursday. I going back this Thursday. This 1 person, along with the strong Fondation his wife provided him. Did so much for the growth of our country. This museum should be visited by all high schools in nyc. The students should be mandated to complete an essay which goes towards final grade. If, we want society to grow start with the youth. Jackie Robinson's story hits all areas of life. This is an experience, that should not be ignored. Please visit!
Hopefully before the year's end, as it's projected sometime in 2019.
