The new HEB is great. I love going here. I won't buy my groceries from anywhere but HEB. They have the best produce, meat and lunch meat. Their clean, friendly, and very professional. Thanks HEB. HEB is the best. Since I've started shopping at HEB I can't and won't go to another place to buy food. They have great prices and they have great meat and produce, oh let's not forget the cheese and bakery

This was the final straw. I've only been here two months and everyone seems to use HEB so I figured it was the right choice. Popular doesn't make it the right choice. I use Shipt for grocery delivery. It works just like DoorDash or InstaCart or Uber Eats. It's not unique. But I've had expired items come from this store and this most recent atrocity was a box of baby food jars that had mold growing in it. I nearly had an asthma attack when I opened it up. I've called the store manager on several occasions to report these issues and I just get kicked around to supervisors. I honestly have no clue who the store manager is or if I have actually talked to them because it's been different people. It's bad enough I have to deal with this issue it's a whole other level when you have to explain what Shipt or any comparable service is. What next? Do I need to explain what a microwave is before explaining I have problems with a TV Dinner? So not only did I have to explain modern tech that's pretty widely available but I then got accused of making it up or at least it was implied. My receipt with Shipt wasn't good enough apparently. And I might have "bought that from any store". Apparently no one knows how tech works?? I get the refund through Shipt, I'm not even seeking a refund, I just want them to review their process for bringing items into the store since obviously I've encountered bad product more than once. I was told they'd review it if I could prove it came from their store? Huh? That's a bold strategy...ignoring things that are litigation worthy over...what exactly? The need to prove where my food came from before trying to fix it? Like this isn't a hobby for me or something. I didn't call because I was bored. I called as a concerned customer. Geeze. Imagine being treated like a con man for calling attention to a safety issue that might be working at a systemic level for this store... WOW. Sorry Texas, I gave HEB a shot and everything was not better there. I think it'll be worth the effort to inconvenience myself to get groceries elsewhere at this point.

Cashier was real nice at customer service, helpful and gave me fast service. I also decided to shop, there and enjoyed a bigger selection on food besides the stores I've been to in New Braunfels.

I am dissapointed at the inflated prices. I wish I could evaluate cost of goods sold to determine if the prices are justified or is a case of aggressive pricing. Couple with the prices the service at the register is poor. We are having to place groceries in carts and to at times bag. I am sorely dissapointed with the HEB response. It is suggested that I ask to have my groceries be bagged. Sorry. I do not work for HEB.

Yup!
Yes, 20$ one, also a 50$ one and some with multiple tests for families for higher prices. A friend had COVID and used one of these home tests and it was accurate.
H-E-B sources fresh and frozen meats, including Beef, Lamb, Bison, Pork, and Poultry, from meat processors across the USA; however, a large majority of our products are sourced from Texas suppliers/ranchers/farmers. A very small amount of product is sourced from Canada and Mexico, and will be labeled on each package with the correct country of origin.
I bought something that expired almost a year and returned it. How do they not see it? It's Aug and the experation date was Nov 2018... Umm not good. They thoroughly apologized, but come on... The ground beef and chicken packaging is always leaky too. I have a list of complaints about this store...
Calling out HEB on Twitter is what I do. It gets their attention fast. They only time they didn't respond, is when I asked why the cream pies aren't in the refrigerator.... Lol even if it's a cool whip like product it still need to be chilled...
Do you. Have. To. Wear. A. Mask. At. HEB. Segúin tx
More often than not I see them, but the price changes regularly like it does with the other meats. I'd recommend calling the store before you make a special trip
Hi there Michelle. You asked the first person about the Life board game being carried at HEB? At one time, they would stock up for Christmas on all of them including the one you are looking for. I might have seen it there at time. Good Luck!!
