3 stars because the food is good. The young lady at the beginning of the line is very pleasant, but seems the rest of the line staff is not. Seem unhappy and like they don’t like their jobs. Well who does but it’s just not welcoming. The poor gentleman in front of me asked for chips after ordering 2 bowls and the girl at the register said “well did you order the combo” poor guy just wanted some chips not even any queso or salsa and she never got them for him and he walked out sad. Just not a very pleasant place to be but good food when they give you enough. It’s evident that even though we pay a lot portions like pork are small.

Ordered online for curbside pickup. Order was ready on schedule and correct. Items well packaged. Portions are generous, and all items were fresh and tasty. Great menu options and healthy choices available. Only complaint is the price for what you receive; $15 for a "loaded" burrito bowl is pricey considering what you would receive in a dine-in experience elsewhere. Due to price, eating here will be an infrequent treat.

I have ordered Salsarita’s several times via online. Every time I get there, I call and they bring it out. Today, I ordered online and when I arrived, was told I had to come in to get my order because they don’t bring it out when ordering on Google. I asked her when that changed because that’s the way I always do it and they bring it out. Needless to say, she was apathetic and dismissive. So, I went in and spoke with the manager, who was better with customer service skills. During this time, the rude worker walks right through the middle of the manager and I while we were talking and rudely stated, “here’s your Google order” and placed the food on the rack when she could’ve handed it to me. The manager’s expression showed that she knew it was rude also. I will be contacting corporate and no longer ordering from this location. I’m wondering if I should even eat the food. Update: I spoke with the area manager and general manager. They were attentive, solution oriented, and handled this situation like leaders should. I really appreciate them using this as a learning moment for their employees. **updating my rating from 1 star to 4 stars**
