Unvarnished Candor

The female employees are always rude - they have some of the worst snotty attitudes/voice tones/inflections anytime I have to deal with them whether in person or by phone - they have terrible patient/customer service skills and could stand to learn some valuable lessons regarding respect, integrity, compassion, and excellence. Someone needs to remind them they are dealing with people who are scared, confused, sometimes ill-informed, in pain, depressed, stretched thin being a caregiver, grieving, and who may be all alone in the world. They need to END the discriminatory, look-down-my-nose, suspicious manner in which I've witnessed them treat people who take controlled substances - THEY ARE NOT THE DOCTOR! And while I have serious concerns about the misuse of RX drugs, NOT everyone who has to take a controlled substance misuses their medication, yet that is exactly how people are treated that depend on such doctor prescribed medication for normal daily living. I've spoken with several family members, friends, and colleagues who also use the Easton location and they have the same impression and perspective my husband and I do. When in store, I have carefully watched how they treat other patients/customers and it's always with the same rude, condescending air. Instead of a "can do" attitude, it's all about what they "can't do" and "no". This is disappointing. It's also entirely unacceptable. These women are no better than any of the people who come to them for medications, yet it appears they intentionally go above and beyond to convey their diva, prima donna, condescending attitudes to everyone they encounter. It may be time to for me to lead the way with our family, friends, neighbors, colleagues, and acquaintances in taking our business elsewhere.

Medicap is my sole pharmacy provider. I love the staff for their attention to detail and for their compassion and genuine concern for my health. They lift me up on days where I'm just not feeling my best & they always go above & beyond taking care of me. I consider all of them to be an important part of my extended family. I highly recommend them not only for their professionalism but also for their humanity. Love these folks!

Poor customer service and pharmacists seems unaware what problems aren't being taken care of. Still use it for orders from Urgent care, but hours are difficult to deal with as it closes at 1pm on Saturday. Not open again till Monday morning at 9am.
