Always great treatment when I go in!

The only reason I decided to go there was because there was like one car in the parking lot so it was very quiet. I sat in the waiting room by myself no other patients there. I sat for 20 minutes. I then got up and asked what is taking so long, politely. They then took me back into a room. My vital signs were done. And then I waited for the doctor. I know it wasn’t that busy because I am a registered nurse and I understand the flow of an urgent care. I have been here quite a few times. Dr. John Green has an excellent bedside manner. I have known him for many many years. He was kind. He examined me. And left. Then I waited for the technician to come in. He wanted to do a rapid Covid test. But I had already done multiple ones that week and I was hoping they would be doing a PCR test. He left to talk to the doctor came back over 10 minutes later apologized for the wait. Did a PCR test and said “you can leave”. as I exited i spoke to The assistant behind the desk. She gave me a phone number and a password into the portal to get my results she said they would be ready sometime tomorrow probably early. Which would be Saturday. Unfortunately that did not happen. I called three times I checked the portal three times. There were no results. At 5:30 I spoke to someone who put me on hold and called the lab. She came back on the phone and told me that the lab was closed. So that means no one processed the PCR! nor would I have my results until Monday. I was led to believe it was not going to be a big problem to get my results on a Saturday- that did not happen. I would be reluctant to refer or recommend the care Station to others. The inefficiency of healthcare system is so very broken.

Sports Medicine is their best service. Dr Singh and his staff are awesome. Customer service and other offices are terrible.

Waaaay to slow, they leave you their forever. Why make an apppointment for 1:00 when they dont see you till 2:00 or later
