I accept cash, check or credit card. I also accept FSA cards as a form of payment so you can access care with all the tax benefits. Or you can submit receipts to your FSA provider for reimbursement yourself as you would with any other medical service.
For students of Princeton University, Interval Health is in-network with AETNA through the Princeton University Exclusive Provider Network. If you have Princeton University Student Health Insurance through AETNA, your sessions are therefore covered under this plan and you are only responsible for your $20 copay. If your health insurance is not through Princeton University, then Interval Health is considered out-of-network for your insurance. If your health insurance includes out-of-network coverage, at your request, we will submit the required forms to your insurance company on your behalf. You will still be required to pay the fee at the time of your session but we will take some hassle out of the process by submitting for reimbursement to your insurance company on your behalf. If you choose to submit yourself, we will provide you with a detailed receipt for your sessions. Your insurance company will reimburse you for the session according to the terms of your plan.
Yes. Interval Health is now an in-network provider with Lyra Health, which partners with many New Jersey and New York employers to offer a robust network of exceptional mental health providers. If your employer partners with Lyra Health, you will be able to receive services at Interval Health at little to no cost to you (some plans have a small co-pay). The number of sessions available per calendar year will vary based on your employer.
Yes. Interval Health works with many couples during this time in their life with a range of presenting concerns. We also work with couples to strengthen their relationship before deciding if starting a family is on the horizon.
The initial session generally last about 60 minutes. Subsequent sessions are either 45 or 60 minutes long. 30 minute sessions are also offered in select situations for those clients doing well who want to maintain regular check ins. The frequency and length of sessions may change during the course of treatment, depending on your concerns and how you are coping.
In order for therapy to be most effective, you need to feel comfortable with your therapist. Interval Health offers a free 15 minute initial phone consultation which is a chance for you to get to know your therapist a little bit and they can learn a bit about what you hope to achieve in therapy and determine if there is a good fit. To schedule your consultation in just a few simple clicks, visit www.intervalhealth.com and click the "Schedule Phone Consultation" button in the upper right corner.
