Customer service is great there if they had more staff to help them complete their jobs they would do a bang-up job the staff is excellent very cooperative very understanding will help you with anything that you need as far as glassware is concerned I just don't understand why corporate doesn't put enough people in there you call on the phone you're on hold for a long time it's not great

This vision works is the worst eye place i’ve been to. So unprofessional and lazy. You can’t contact anybody on the phone and will have you waiting 35 minutes to pick up your order with no one else in the store. I will no longer be going here and i will recommend everyone else stops coming here. Truly disappointed by the unprofessional at this place. Shameful.

Hello Tyson, unfortunately we do not.
I've cancelled and rescheduled online with them before. A young lady picked up and helped me with that. I would suggest you keep trying to reach them and if you still don't get a response simply don't show up.
I am here now and was asking how I would go about getting a copy of my prescription and they set it up so you have to come back in 2 weeks for a follow-up exam. Also, if you need to speak with the employees I advise patience as they are a little snappy...
