Fernanda gave me an excellent service, my password to access the APP BB do Brasil was blocked, I went to the agency in Miami, she made contact with the manager of my account in Brazil and after filling out a form the agency in Brazil was able to release my application to make payments and transfers 🙏

Literally trying to get to talk with a real person on telephone for years. Since I came to USA in 2017 I could never have access to my account at BB and my money is FROZEN. My card expired in 2019 and I do not have online access (app / site).

No. The agency is only to serve clients who have an account in Miami. You can ask your agency in Brazil to register a device. Talk to your manager.
