Knowledgeable, informative, skillful, efficient and accessible. The firm has been thorough and we will use them again in our disputes with our tenants. Alex Kulkarni, the legal assistant, was on top of the situation from the very beginning. We look forward to a positive outcome in our case. - Chris H.

Absolute 5 star experience! I cannot say enough great things about James Dibbini & Associates. Arnelle, Matthew and Kunal answered all my questions in simple language, explained the legal terms I didn't understand, and kept in contact with me every step of the way including when I had to travel out of state. I felt like I was the most important client the way they handled my case.

James Dibbini was efficient, kind, and very helpful in regards to my tenant/landlord situation. He returned my call immediately, offered immense advocacy and advice at no cost and clearly just wanted to help. I got recommended to James through next door and I am very grateful for it! Highly recommend giving him a call if you want someone who’s in your corner!

My Attorney, Lav Patel, handled our real estate purchase very professionally and made it as seamless as possible. I would definitely recommend him and retain him for future transactions.

Questions & Answers

I may be wrong but if they sent the 3day letter and didn't follow through with the eviction then my son shouldn't be liable for breaking the lease or past months rent. Am I wrong?

Yes, you are wrong! You are still under obligation to the lease until it is up, or it is ordered by the judge! Basically if the landlord wants to go after you for the defaulted amounts, they are within their rights! I would recommend that you follow up with the lawyer's office, and find out your actual options; good luck!
