10/28/2021… great site! Clean, quiet, comfortable chairs, easy check in/out process. The staff were professional and courteous. COVID protocol was realistic (mask, hand sanitizer required a few times throughout check in/out process) Bathrooms (very clean) right across the hall from testing office.
Deliberate Intentions
It was a little awkward finding parking and the building because the address in front is different but it is literally across the walkway from orvis sporting goods .not bad once i got inside things moved quickly.

Yes they will give you a key to a locker, where you can store your belongings until you are ready to leave.
You have to change your driver license first with your new address. Once you get the new card on the mail, then you can go to Pearson's website to change it in the system. When you go in person you have to show your new card with your new address. I hope this helps you.

Yes, Ridge Hill has multiple parking garages. You used to have to pay to park, but it is currently free of charge.
