I’m rating a 2 star for the urgent care because I’ve had a bad experience the last 2 times with the nurses and doctors. I feel like I was not being taken seriously and treated like a child. It’s as if I had to prove harder then I had to that I was not feeling well. Especially with little comments that they make that made me feel uncomfortable. I will never come to this urgent care again. The staff in the front desk were amazing and kind though.

I went for an urgent care visit and the doctor did not listen to me. The staff did not ask for my billing address. They instead grabbed an old address off my license and then I received a bill for my copay from a collections agency that I had never received from Montefiore.

Went for a cough and a lump. I was referred to a Montefiore Clinic that didn’t have any appointments for FIVE months. I was then given a second referral and the number was a recorded message. No one ever answered. I just found something on my own. It’s nice to have all your information with the same group.
