Poor place. All kinds of bugs, roaches, and alot of mice. They don't spray or call pest control. I read online its required for landlord to take care of pests and rodents regarding notifying a pest control. They don't ask how are things or ask if ya need anything. Price is very high for a very small 1br apt. Says 2 br on the site, but its a lie. Cheap appliances. Torn carpet. Doors stick or not open sometimes. Poor lighting. My facet in tub leaks. Very out of date bathroom mirror. Outside window frame rotted wood. Most apts can't get cable or internet. Cause owner don't want to pay for new cable lines in every apt.

The rent is $135 weekly, that includes water and electric up to $60. tenant pays any overage. They don't allow pets here. I'm a tenant myself so I can only tell you what I know
