First time using this place, and will never use it again. I got a basic pair of acrylic nails, one color, and was charged almost $50 when the price was listed as $35. The man that did my nails drilled them down way too much, and left my cuticles ugly and bleeding. He left pieces and dust from my fingernails on my nail when he put the acrylic on. The nail glue had stuck the acrylic too far up almost to the top of my finger. I had to scrape the excess glue off myself. After he was done, he rubbed oil into the cuts. My hands stung and were sore for 3 days after I got them done. I got them done last Wednesday, and today they are about to fall off. I will never get acrylics again.

The nails I received were absolutely horrible. Apparently if Lilly doesn’t do your nails then you have a horrible experience. I’ve received tons of comments and messages after posting my experience stating the same thing. The man who did mine left my cuticles butchered, I had uneven acrylic, splotchy polish, and not to mention the design I asked for wasn’t remotely close to what I got. He painted my nails directly after drilling them. WITH POWDER ALL OVER THEM! The acrylic was thicker on one side of the nail versus the other. He filed my nails after he painted them chipping off some of the already horrible paint job! I was also over charged for my services. I had a full set and a pedicure. It should have been $35 for the nails and $38 for the pedicure. However I was charged $86?? That definitely doesn’t add up! After paying all of this money, I had to go and pay someone else to fix my nails as best they could! This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at any salon. Pictures do not show these as bad as they really were. I’ve posted pics and I’m sure you can tell which ones I asked for versus what I got. 🤦🏼‍♀️

I've tried them twice...one the smell of garlic and moth balls was enough to make me almost leave but decided to try them anyway..first time nails were crooked and I was told they would fix them next time...second time my nails looked horrible and bulky due to so many layers of acrylic put on...even after stating I wanted the thin and natural looking several times. Will never go again..save your money and use it for gas to go a little further out to get a decent job done!
