The staff is lazy and sarcastic 🙄 Pizza is definitely not consistent. I understand that things are getting more and more expensive but they should still be able to make a FULL PIZZA. HIRE NEW EMPLOYEES and hopefully things get better 🙏

2 stars because the pizza and wings my wife and I ordered were good. I was served a diet drink instead of the regular drink I ordered, so that was a bit disgusting. When we arrived there was an employee lounging about in a booth playing on a smart phone. The cashier lied to my wife and said the receipt didn't print but she would reprint it and bring it to us. When she brought the receipt she said she rang up our order under her own name "by accident" and had scribbled over her name and her Pizza Hut Rewards number on our receipt. Ms. Duvall received 50 points on her Rewards account thanks to us. We didn't care about that, but she could've told us the truth.

We dined in here and the service was awful, the food was good, but the service could've been alot better. We waited for 20 minutes for our drinks and after the pasta was brought out we waited another 10 minutes for a fork to eat it with. And when the pizza came we had to eat off of paper towels because they never brought us plates even after we asked for them. If you want good pizza AND good service I highly recommend going somewhere else where they give you plates to eat off of.

Seems to be a dying breed - a good pizza hut that you can go inside for your pizza. We had a spicy supreme. It was outstanding the customer service was also outstanding.
