First tier, you can only go to location you joined. 2nd tier, you can go to any blink ( except Manhattan locations) and it allows you to bring someone with you. 3rd tier also allows Manhattan location's. When you go in person, READ WHAT YOU SIGN! Don't go by what the employee tells you, READ THE AGREEMENT and get a copy for your records.
