This particular store has an employee that believes he can talk to costumers very disrespectful if you may not fully understand the way he explains the stores policy about trading your phone for upgrade..and ask him questions pertaining to the matter. I would never return to that store..further more, it could be helpful for him to fix his eyes because i didnt know which one to follow while he started to raise his tone towards me.

When I walked in, nobody said hello or asked if I needed help.... This behavior is unlikely in most T-Mobile stores. I guess location truly matters because it matches the demographic of the employees and the neighborhood. I shouldn't have to be a patron and expect less of the management and it's employees. I'll stick to locations on Route 22 East.
