Worse line of transportation EVER!!! My second time using them (because I'm afraid of flying) the first time I used them the bathroom was broken and smelled like backed up sewage. The second and LAST time I used them the bus broke down due to overheating .The driver didn't care and kept driving till we were stopped by the police. Then the driver just ignored us and just kept playing with his phone when we tried to get answers from him if he was going to call for back up. My husband was in Orlando waiting for my bus to come in and I called him and told him what happened. My husband marched into the store front office and told them what happened. The girl at the front desk didn't look alarmed and took her time calling for back up like she didn't care. My husband then said he saw one driver get in a bus but went to Burger King first to get something to eat! Long story short it would have been another 3 hours before someone came to get us. I took an Uber with 2 other people and split the fare. They're dirty, disgusting, rude and unprofessional!!! NEVER AGAIN

we bought tickets in this enoresa to go spend some fun days but when we got to the place to board the bus, an employee thought she was having an attack of screaming and five feet went up to the unit and when trying to look for positions there were no available, when I told the driver that where I was sitting he yelled at me, I thought he was going to push me. I recommend that you do not use this service by mistake (it sounds like a horror story, but it was reality.

The employees are super rude, everything is a mess. I bought my tickets 3 days ago and if I don't get on the bus they leave me without a seat, totally totally messy and disorganized. In this case, the cheap ticket was expensive due to choice of this Company. And the worse was that I bought 4 tickets because we are a small group friends whose are visiting me OMG what ashamed, on the top of this situation all of us have super separe seats each other because company is a mess. Definitely I won’t get tickets with this company again and I won’t recommend this.

Not sure about the amount of baggage, but 2-3 at most seems reasonable since alot of people use this method of travel. Also, a maximum of 2 carry-ons are allowed.
Not to travel. But if you purchased your tickets online, you'd have to provide I.D. to confirm your purchase at the site before receiving physical tickets.
