Allegria at Ocean Grove

Patty took us (my Mom, my sister and me) on a tour of Allegria and two different studio units. Very informative. Was patient with us while we asked a multitude of questions. She stayed in contact with me and let me know when a one bedroom was available for us to see and gave us a tour yesterday. I can’t say enough good things about how well this went. Everyone we came in contact with was kind and helpful. The building is clean and bright, and has a wonderful activities room, library, dining room, and so much more. My mother liked everything she saw which means a lot.

I have submitted countless applications to human resources. Because I live close to the area. Not once have I been called. Why put your looking to hire someone if people put in applications but there never called. It makes your company seem Prejudice against different skin colors and I've heard of this company treating people like this before so i shouldn't be suprised!

Horrible, horrible management. My mom was locked in room because doorknob broken, told to sleep with DOOR AJAR until fixed. Only fixed (4 days later) when we said we were contacting DOH.Lost power in part of her apt and they ran electrical cords around door frame. She was told they needed an electrician and it was too expensive. When she was quarantined with Covid they forgot her lunch every single day and she had to call down to ensure that she got her meals. So much more…one star is too many.

It is aLways a pleasure to visit Allegria Ocean Grove, always spotless, everyone is so happy and upbeat (staff and residents). I am grateful for them to be there serving the community so well.
