African American woman in prob 30s with glasses working at 345PM on October 8 2022 came at me extremely nasty. Other customers in room confirmed as I was walking out she was completely inappropriate and out of line. Unprofessional and rude needs to be a little better to customers if she wants to keep a job. Identgo please look into her professionalism or lack there of.

I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews but I went today and I arrived twenty minutes before my appointment and was helped immediately. Makayla was quick and nice ! I was literally in and out before my scheduled time.

I need to make an appointment
A valid form of ID. I brought a valid driver's license and it was fine. But when you make your appointment it asks you what form if ID, would you be bringing and you check it off from a list of acceptable forms of ID when you make your appointment. So then you would bring whichever form of ID you checked off, when you made your appointment.
It's still open. I used it to get TSA Pre-check a few weeks ago. Not sure about walk in.
Yes they do but know they have to take folks with appointments first. So I recommend making an appointment
To make a appointment you will need to go on their website site and choose the location closest to you and set the appointment.
Register online for one purpose at a time. They do the rest
