This place was pretty great. I lived there from 2016-2017, and really enjoyed it. It's super close to OCU, and I picked this complex partially because of this. I often walked to class, which I enjoyed. Rent was very affordable, and the apartment was in great shape. I'm surprised it didn't cost more! The only issue I had was this very loud, disrespectful, obnoxious soccer player that lived next to me. He would throw parties, blast music until the late hours of the night, make all sorts of noise, and not care about anyone else. I called the cops about four times, as well as the leasing office. I finally got him evicted after numerous complaints. Super thankful that happened. He approached me after that, and asked me if I was the one who called the cops and the office. Like I was going to tell him anything... The house next to the complex is a bit loud, too. There was a case of arson that was committed on the property...Look it up on Google. The office didn't do much about it, as far as informing the residents about it after the incident happened. That was disappointing. Overall, I liked the apartments. Application was easy, rent was affordable, and it was close to OCU, which I really appreciated as an undergrad there. Maintenance was also always on top of all requests. Thanks for a great living experience, Copper Ridge!
