This location has poor customer service and inept at banking. Unable to deliver on promises such as follow up phone calls. I have been dealing with same issue for over a month now.

I had a wonderful experience at this bank branch. I am impressed with Robert the manager, he knew customer after customer by their name as they came in to the lobby. I have been banking with IBC for 5 years now and none of the other branches provide customer service like that. This bank has bad policies and turnover with employees but good to see that they have a good manager.

WORST LOCATION EVER. Somehow, my zip code was changed on our joint account. Called this location to change it back and spoke with the manager, Robert. He told me 'I have no idea how that happened. I can give you a phone number that isn't associated with IBC, and might not be helpful.' Then why would I call a number that has nothing to do with IBC and might not be helpful? So my husband and I drive to this location to edit our account and we repeated our questions on why our bank account was edited without our consent and he just kept babbling and saying he has no idea. When we expressed our frustration, he just shut down and stared at us.

This is seriously the Worst bank ever.They are so slow, today is the 5th time it took 8 min for them to even acknowledge i was even in the drive thru. This is ridiculous i have been banking with IBC for almost 10 yrs and i don't even know why im still with them. I just need to cash a check today and it has been 20 minutes now and im pretty sure the girl hasnt processed it still, the car next to me hasn't been acknowledged. The manager finally came over and told me they are having technical difficulties that I could wait but it may take 15 or 20 min (after i ha e wasted 20 min waiting already) or go another location. I told him had been there for a while not even greeted and it took 20 minutes to be told they were having technical difficulty (which should have been addressed when i arrived)and that i have been using this bank for a while and this isn't the first time this has happened. He told me yes we are having technical issues i can give ur check back to go to another location or wait. I asked him to return my check give the srea managers name and he told me i could leave my info to be called. What happened to customer service. And he is a manager?
