I've been living Waterside Village for 6 years. The outside facilities are always well managed. If there is a problem in the unit, the management office solves it quickly and kindly. There is also Hmart, ShopRite nearby, and Costco, Walmart are within 10 minutes. Convenient and no complaints.

I live in Waterside Village 1985-88. The location was convenient for my commute to New York, and I liked having my car parked close to my apartment. There was a tennis court back then, and I'm still in touch with a neighbor I met because of it. Good to see positive reviews nearly 40 years later. The updated units look very nice.

Yes, small and medium dogs are allowed
Ballpark $1700. But I seen cheaper for $1300 for a studio
