We've been here a few times when visiting my in-laws, who LOVE this place! Each time, the service has been great and the sushi is always fresh and delicious! I'm a big bento box fan myself, and this place never disappoints. I wish my husband and I lived closer so we could frequent way more often!

Comprehensive sushi menu and good vegetable tempura! I'm so basic I just like California Roll and Vegetable Roll sushi, so I got that. But they have every kind of sushi roll you could ever want there. The menu is big. There is a full bar and saki if you like that. It kind of looks like a 70's movies style date restaurant. It's dark mood lighting at the tables, and there is even a conversation pit by a fireplace when you enter. There are table call buttons you can press if your waiter is taking too long which is cool. The staff is very professional and courteous from what I saw. Mochi ice cream was good for dessert.

The food was great, but my husband and I will most likely only order to go in the future. The service was odd because our waitress would repeatedly mumble and walk away before we were even done ordering. The appetizer was cold and they were out of ingredients to make the cocktail I was excited to try. Lastly, I would suggest upgrading the restaurant’s music streaming service to one that doesn’t have ads, because a random 30 second one about hepatitis during date night isn’t really the vibe. Just kind of bummed about our experience since we’d heard good things about this place.

Sushi Garden has been my favorite Sushi restaurant in Pueblo for sure, selection is great, sushi is delicious, and Dale the owner is great at his job of getting you fresh sushi out. Plus our server Tammy so down to earth so real and she really on top of things making sure we where good and had everything we need, people! Give it a try, you wont regret it!
