5 stars recommended I never had an issue with anything this place is definitely the one to put a family member if needed . When my grandma was here she mentioned about the activity’s how the staff were so polite and observant . Jojo’s my favorite staff she took care of my grandma she’s such a good person and good at her job . Also the other staff .

They treated my Grandma well. God bless the nurses who cared for her. My complaint is around the visiting process, it is very inconsistent. The different nurses make up rules as they go. I visited approximately twenty different times. Each time was a different process. One time I could only visit in the yard, twice I needed to sign in, twice I needed an appointment, sometimes I need to to wear medical gowns, once they handed me an N95 mask to wear. This was the part that was annoying. Some of the nurses want you to visit and make their patient happy, some want you to go away. Some had beautiful smiles on their faces while other gave you attitude.

I would not put my loved ones in this facility. My sister was crying when she was first put in a small room with 3 other patients. It is disgusting! We immediately removed out of this place!

My husband stayed there for 8 weeks. He lost 13 lbs, staff were taking his weight and recording it but never compared to previous weight. Noticed his food is left by his bedside but picked up untouched with no concern whether he ate or not. He also developed severe bed sore there. I would not recommend this Center at all.
