**Good Customer Service Meets Messy Presentation** From valet parking to entering the building and being seated the beginning of our dinner started well. The greeters were attentive and everyone knew my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. Upon being seated we met our waiter who did a good job at serving us and answering questions we had. Again he, too was attentive and did a good job. We ordered the Lobster Tacos as our appetizer (not pictured) and it was delectable and the presentation was perfect. We were excited for our main courses and then that’s when part of the disappointment set in. First we were almost served the wrong bottle wine which I caught just before our waiter opened it and then when we were presented with our steaks it left a little to be desired. If you take the time to perfectly prepare a steak, why would you not wipe the plate clear of the blood? Now, yes we ordered the steak medium and we do expect blood but, what I began to notice was that the attention to detail was missing. Not only at times from our waiter but, it was missing from our plates. Even our coffee arrived in a bit of a mess. The saving grace for this Eddie V’s was that almost everything tasted delicious. I have questions about some parts of the desserts like rock hard cookies as a side but, the rest was great. At this price point having spent nearly $300 I wish the attention of detail matched the taste.

I took my husband for his Birthday. I must say, I was not expecting to sit in the back away from the live jazz, but the food made up for it. Cutting into the steaks and lobster was like cutting into butter. The food was so flavorful, the Au gratin potatoes and spinach was amazing. The calamari was different but really good. Our waiter was nice and knowledgeable.

Less than $200 for dinner for two, dessert and a bottle of wine.
A few drinks and a really nice meal will set you back about $300 including tip if you do not order the most expensive items.
Separately. They will explain the sides to you. Some are larger than others. So they can be shared if multiple people agree on a side dish.
All the below is correct except, the seating is still too close
No..Eddie V's does not make their own ice cream.
Try to be business casual to sit in dining room. You can get away with shorts and t shirt in bar sometimes.
