This company is extremely shady. I lived there for three years. When I moved out they never attempted to contact me about any debt. Instead they sent it to collections. I tried to stay in touch but office managers screen calls and avoid answering the phone. In previous reviews I said “this company doesn’t want to take my money in the worst possible way” and I still stand on that. This is yet another example of ignorant business practice that harms the hard working renting class of America. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS.

I have continued to have issues here from coach roaches to the air filter and it is filthy wasn’t cleaned properly before I moved in they will charge you all kinds of extra fees. The front office has every excuse in the book for any issue you may have. Over it haven’t even lived here a year and coach roaches have never fully been taking care of. Have to pay smart apartment fee for a nasty apartment and the dishwasher doesn’t even work. I pay my rent months ahead of time but owe a water bill they will make sure to clean stuff on your door about following the rules when they not even following the rules. It’s hot in all my back rooms because they have the vent dry walled off this place has been hell on top of everything else in my life. I am a single mom on top of taking care of one year old twins who have coach roaches in there room to work full time living here has caused me so much extra stress. I chose to pay more money to live somewhere nice but have made a big mistake moving here. Constantly random ppl at pool does not feel like home at all can’t wait to move.

July 3,2022 I’ve been living here for 2 years now and I use to love it. Lately they have not been meeting my expectations. We’ve had no issues with valet trash since we’ve been here. Lately they nip pick what they want to grab or just don’t grab anything at all. I follow their instructions by double bagging pet waste and making sure it isn’t over 25 pounds. They still won’t take it. It’s frustrating because I have trash sitting in my apartment because they didn’t take it and the front charges you a fee if your trash is out any other time. I’m also not very happy with the constant price hike and no improvements. They installed a smart apartment that I now have to pay extra each month that I didn’t ask for. Every year they add 100+ bucks to my rent each year with no improvements. Why am I being priced out of my apartment (that I’ve been an excellent tentant for years. Paid my bills on time etc). I know it’s happening everywhere but it’s still ridiculous. I don’t blame the front staff. They have been very pleasant to deal with and have helped me as much as they could. I just feel what I’m paying for is not worth this apartment. Also on top of that the constant bug problem you will have to deal with. Jan 2020So far my stay has been pleasant. The apartments are beautiful, the people upfront were very nice and helpful and seems like a safe area. I enjoy waking up every morning with a view of the pond along with seeing ducks and other creatures. I love the valet trash service and how quiet the community is. I’ve lived here for about a month and no complaints.

I'm tired of paying the trash pick up fee when they don't pick up when their supposed to. I can drop it off myself but it if im being charged for it why should I? Office staff are nice but the BIG BOSSES will need to take action in this. I want to give a Big thank you to Stephanie Valone. Her communication is amazing and has been a great help! I've been here almost 3 years and staying for 1 more!
