They did great work, but pricing structure was vague. Everyone was really friendly, kind, and courteous they even threw in a couple missing lug nuts for my tires but sadly I will not be returning. They are just not very clear on the pricing. Called in for a quote on Friday, came for a scheduled appointment Sunday. Was told my tires would be $333, out the door for a full set which was a great deal, but they didn’t tell me there was a $78 mount and balance fee when purchasing a set of new tires. When I brought this to the attendants they stated there is always a charge for mount and balance even for new tires. That’s fine but would have loved to know that in advance when being quoted a price. They also charged me for tire disposal when I took my old tires with me. Although they did refund the $14 dollar disposal charge, they did not honor their over the phone quote even after I added a few extras to my bill like an oil change and alignment, which is why I will not be returning and can’t give that 4th star. Pricing is too unclear for me, even after receiving the price breakdown the numbers didn’t match up to what I was told. Ultimately I was charged $371.96 + 79.96 for a set of 4 tires. After being quoted for 333.54.

Went there this afternoon with a nail in my tire and was greeted by the sweetest young lady who was kind and eager to help. In this day and age that is hard to come by, so I was truly appreciative. She expedited by service and made sure that my experience with Mavis as a client was pleasant and easy. I highly recommend them and I'm so glad I went there to fix my tire. I'll definitely be back.

I was in Florida visiting family and needed my brakes and rotors replaced all the way around as well as tires. Due to everything going on with the economy and skyrocketing prices, money is very tight. Perry the manager took care of me and got all the work done for me at a price I could handle. They did an excellent job, the car is riding excellently, and smoothly. The alignment is perfectly straight. I thank you guys so much for all your help today, I greatly appreciate it.

I was quoted an astronomical amount with no wiggle room at all so I came up to mavis. Upon coming here I was treated with such respect and honesty. Perry the store manager helped me out so much and I am so incredibly grateful for all of his help! He was honest with me with what I needed fixed and even offered me a more affordable route to take payment wise. Highly recommend coming to this location! Ask for Perry he is amazing !
