Two of my tires started leaking slowly at a very inconvenient time. Other tire places in the area were so frustrating to deal with, quoting me bad prices and indefinite wait times. Fortunately, I found Tire Depot on Google and decided to give them a try after reading the reviews. This place is amazing!!! The staff is efficient and communicated well with me. Yes, there was a wait. First world problem. I watched Fear Factor in the lobby and played on my phone for an hour or so. Didn’t have to miss work. Best of all, the price was really good. They have earned my business in the future.

Bought 4 new tires almost $600. I was told one of my rear wheel was bent and I came back with one new wheel to replace the bent wheel. They charge me another $40 bucks to install. Customer service is garbage. Never shop here again. They don't know how to take care of their customer. First time here and last time here.

Man this place is a game changer for tire and auto repair. Substantially cheaper than anywhere else and full service. They can’t switch motors out or do extremely in depth repairs but brakes, ac, tires, oil changes all for a much cheaper price than anywhere else but with quality that matches if not exceeds. I will bring my cars and trucks no where else. Staff actually remembers you as a customer and seems to care.

We needed two used tires put on our car. Got there early and there were four cars ahead of us. We expected a little bit of a wait which was fine. Waited an hour for our car to get pulled into the garage. We figured it wouldn’t be long after that since they’re just popping two tires on and the place we use to go to took 15 minutes for four tires. Another whole hour goes by… we went out at one point and saw the workers dancing to music and talking not doing much. We definitely weren’t expecting to wait two hours for two tires. The reason I’m giving it an extra star is 1:they had Fear Factor on in the waiting room which helped the time go by faster, and 2: the front desk lady called all the ladies “Momma” and Men “My Love” which was pretty funny. Not sure if I’m going to go back because I can’t wait that long every time. But at least the staff were friendly.
