Spoke to I think was the manager, I asked what is the best time to bring my car in for tires where I don't have to leave my car. I work home health doing hospice care I can't leave my vehicle. We agreed Sunday at 2pm would be a good time. My appointment was set For Sunday @2pm. I arrived at 2pm the young tech there said I would have to leave my car and there was no guarantee the car would be done Sunday. He said they were all backed up from the day before even though I discussed with management two days prior to set the appointment, it did not matter. I understand they are busy.Well , that is a 600.00-to-700.00-dollar ticket they lost. I will go somewhere else. Thanks for nothing! (Pep Boys Store # 1703 Spring Hill 34609)

Great customer service from the staff. Called 30 mins before closing, desperately needing 2 front tires. No other shop near by would take us in the last hour of business. They happily helped and got us in and out. Thank you Peter & team!!

Although they took 8 hours to fix my tire and change my oil without an appointment i am happy they assisted me. Christina was awesome. Her calm voice made it easier to wait the time i did.
