Michelle the assistant manager for the property is amazing. She takes all of your concerns very seriously and makes sure things are put into motion to make things right. Anything I have needed the office has been there to take care of me. They seem very dedicated to making sure that your apartment is a home for you where you feel comfortable.

These use to be nice apartments but now they are just overpriced and ghetto. They change management every 2 years and they don't improve anything but honestly just make it worse. They are severely overpriced. You can find something in a nice neighborhood thats safe for the price they charge and actually enjoy a clean pool and not having to worry about your car being broken into.

The staff is completely amazing! Michelle is supper informative- she responds quickly and is genuinely concerned about her residents being happy with their home. Mora is down to earth and will go above and beyond for any request…. Not to mention Felix in maintenance is amazing! So far so good for me being a new resident… no complaints here!

Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Monica at Mezza she seemed patient and explained and responded to all my questions in a very professional manner. The only reason that I am giving only three stars is I did not like the concept of the Valet Trash. I would rather take my garbage out daily. The Idea of bringing a trash can back into my apartment after it has been outside for anytime grosses me out. I know that this is a new trend, but I would rather not. Thanks again Monica for being so kind to me on the phone. I appreciate it.
