I was able to be hired @17hr with my new job removing myself from this job was the best thing I could of done! However it’s unprofessional a lot business with pleasure low pay !! Aware of supervisors if they feel they LOST THEIR SHOT at you you’ll be Pressured into a warning of being late ! Aware of co workers are going to expect you to take them home and Wendy which is wired! Hope this help some people think twice about applying and your welcome

The black is the common for the fan and compressor, the green is for the fan and the white is the Herm or compressor. Hope this helps.
Just like you discharge any capacitor. Use a screw driver and make sure to connect two prons each time until you do it for all of them.
