We’ve been calling for several months being told you’re not taking on any more work, call next month, yet I see posts of people calling and getting the work done quickly. What are we doing wrong?

Hi Deborah. Unfortunately we were closed for the holidays and just got back into the office this morning. We have had to hold off on scheduling for the last few months as we have been working hard to complete ongoing projects for homeowners and contractors. We've tried to fit in jobs as we were able but there was just no way to get to everyone in a timely manner. Our schedule is now open again and we are scheduling new estimates as our schedule allows.
