Great people at this location great training I'm happy they brought me in to work with them really hope I can get through training backing is not always my thing but really want this job so self motivation I have tried other companies and I would definitely stick with schnieder a lot of training and less time out with trainer perfect for couples who don't want to be separated! They flew us out as a team and put us in a hotel I really do like this company! Training can be hard as it gets really hot in Phoenix!

I had my cdl class A drivers license in California, I trained good for 2 months (160 hours).. then after i applied and accepted me Schindler company for truck driver they told me "u have 0 year experience so u need to go to this location and take training for 3 weeks" i said ok and i went to this location but i had the most bad experience in my life😞, not good at all!! am not suggest this place for anyone!!

I am currently a team driver for Schneider. Yes they reimburse up to $7000 for school. $200 monthly for solo drivers or $400 if you are part of a team. They also just started up their CAT program again where they will teach you and help you get your class A but only if you want to be a team driver.

Yes. You have to wear pants to protect your legs, slip resistant hard toed shoes/boots and reflective vest/shirt. Steel-toed is the best way to go. Your choice on vest or shirt. I just started a couple months ago with them.

There is but not much. You can imagine they prolly want you to get out make real money, so they won't pay that in training.
