2 room suite was very spacious and helpful traveling with kids. Nice to have a kitchen to use. No issue with noise and rooms were clean. Kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. That was the highlight of their stay. Staff very helpful at a late check-in and ensuring the right room.

I was told it was an extra $100 for my dog which I agreed to. It was my understanding the room would be about $250 for the night. They charged my card $390. I charged a microwave soup and bottle of Pepsi to my bill so I guess that was the extra $140. The room was next to the main road and it was extremely noisy. I will never stay at a Residence Inn again. What a rip off.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We loved the suite for a comfortable space for our family of 5. Gym and pool were both nice and well maintained. Great spot along the river within easy walking of many restaurants. Most of all, every interaction big or small we had with staff members of the hotel was excellent. Helpful, extremely polite and friendly. We were very impressed. The only complaint I had about the hotel was the pillows were too soft, but when we asked for more, they offered a choice of 2 kinds and had them delivered to the room right away.

Probably the best Residence Inn I've ever stayed in. The service at the front desk, in the dining area, and among the cleaning crew was friendly and accommodating all week. The room was clean and comfortable, although the spot overlooked the lower roof area, so ambient light was a small issue at night. The breakfast was good and the oatmeal bar was a nice addition. The location was probably the best part, as it sits right along the river, with direct access to the Greenbelt walking trail out the front door. Overall it was a great, dependable experience, and would highly recommend.

I didn't see anything like that. But you should ask. The people there were so nice I think they'd try to help you figure something out.
Yes
The river is just outside the front door and there's a footbridge accessible just across the driveway. It didn't feel particularly romantic to me. It's in a business area. It's a lovely hotel, though. As for outings, I'm not sure that's something Marriott offers anywhere, except maybe Autograph Collection or higher end properties.
