What a rad spot for a music rehearsal space. The rooms are super secure with several layers of security on the building, the parking lot, and the individual spaces. Room was clean when I moved in. Good AC and climate control so I felt safe leaving my gear. The coolest part is the big performance space within the building. A huge stage setup for performing, tour rehearsal, or music videos. Perfect place to get out of the garage and go make some noise.

Love it! Love to come to hear different bands play. Cozy and eccentric atmosphere. Can't wait to go back. They also have a fantastic L. D who does an outstanding job for all the bands that play on the main stage.

How much does a room run generally, or estimated, I was paying 400 for my own office, and I sound proofed it and built a booth. But the 400 a month is killing me especially with no fast internet like originally promised
