Been using this pharmacy for years without issue, Now there's a pharmacist named GARY who is rude and doesn't follow proper protocol. He was also extremely rude to my niece when she came straight from the hospital with her sick baby that had strep throat on a completely different occasion, she promised him a toy if he was a good boy in the ER, so while she waited for the baby's Rx to be filled, she took him over to the toy section...when she came back to pick up the 2 prescriptions, GARY told her he'd only fill one because it was too close to closing time, rolled his eyes at her and rudely told her the baby must not be too sick if he wanted a toy... She's a young mother so she intimidates easily and walked out crying... I'll be switching insurance to be able to use another pharmacy specifically because of HIM, and I highly doubt I'm the 1st complaint he's had.

The Walgreen's in Okeechobee is the worst. Long lines and they just dont care about people. Pharmacy staff is rude and never try to help resolve issues. Just say im sorry alot and dont mean it.

One of the worst pharmacy they have to open at 9 am but 9:20 still late and they have attitude they need to replace the staff none of them are good

Called three times to check on the status of a prescription each time no one took the call they just hung up and then I got a survey to see how the phone call went when in fact I didn't get to speak to anyone during the three times I've called today they just hung up couldn't even be bothered to answer the phone. Obviously none of them care about their jobs.
