How can Preferred even be in business?!?! I am an RN 27 years in the field and if I delivered customer service like this I would be fired! How can you NOT DELIVER A WHEELCHAIR FOR A PATIENT WHO IS DYING???? Unacceptable!!!! Zero stars!!!

I was on hold for an hour to order my O2 refills. Waited all day for the delivery so I wouldn't miss it. They called at 7:00 pm to say they were running behind and wouldn't be able to make it until sometime after 11:00 pm. I said that was too late and they said they'll deliver tomorrow. I sure hope so. Been waiting for 2 months for CPAP supplies and haven't been able to get through. Terrible phone system. Automatically directed to the wrong place or just disconnected. I've been getting supplies from PH for 8 years. They've gone from bad to worse.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. I have been waiting A YEAR for my daughter's medical equipment and everytime I call it's on back order. It's been YEAR and still waiting this is unacceptable

Preferred Home Care is nothing but a mess. I was told if I take my scooter personally to get it checked to see what parts were needed it would speed up the repair process. (Apparently some parts were on backorder, but tdidn't tell me for about a month when I had to call them. . Don't believe them. That was April 2022 and I won't be going back until Sept 20, 2022 if they get me on time. So my scooter is still waiting for repairs. Ugh.
