I had a bad experience because I placed an order online and after waiting the 30 minutes they told me, when the food arrived it wasn't ready, they wanted me to wait another 30 minutes. The worst thing is that after 2 weeks they had not returned my money. That is, we are left without food and without money. Until we called again and demanded our refund and they did it back. Terrible attention to us. They don't care what customers think. Not to mention that their prices are super high for what they offer. In Doral we can eat much better in other places, with better service and much better prices.
